Read about how this Overconfident Chef Animation was made.

I found copyright free and public domain images to use. I was lucky to find the chef images and most of the food images on UnSplash.
I used AI to isoloate the chef images and Inverse to isolate the background making them easy to delete.

I decided to use the background color of the pasta for the background for the animation. I knew I would be challenged to isolate the pasta cleanly, I like the orange and presumed an orange background would help diminish a poor pasta isolation.

Each item was pasted into Photoshop, creating its own layer, the subject was then isolated, in this case AI selected the subject, I used Inverse action to delete the white background.
I used magnet lasso to isolate this image. Then inverse to delete the background. Then I used the magic wand to cleanup.
This one was easy thanks to AI subject isolation.
This was also easy thanks to AI subject isolation.
As was this juicy tomato. AI isolation is very helpful.
I had a hard time finding a good messy pasta image. It was terrible to try to isolate. Because it was supposed to be a mess anyway, I decided not to stress over it. I am still on the lookout for a better messy pasta image.
After the preliminary isolations were completed, the only remaining tasks were to open the timeline and create the animations.
